What we collect

• Text prompts you submit to generate GIFs. These are processed to create images and may be stored with the generated GIF for display, moderation, and product improvement, as described in our terms.
• Technical data typical of web requests (such as IP address, user agent, and approximate location derived by our analytics provider) when you load pages or use features.
• Preference data stored in your browser (for example, pixel art mode) via localStorage so your choices persist between visits.

Analytics

We use Umami (self-hosted analytics) to understand aggregate usage (pages viewed, events such as generation starts). Umami is configured to be privacy-oriented and does not use third-party advertising cookies in the same way ad networks do.

AI and third-party services

GIF generation relies on Google Gemini (or comparable models we may switch to, as noted in our changelog). Prompts and related inputs are sent to Google's services under their terms and privacy policies when generation runs. Do not submit prompts containing secrets, personal data you do not want processed by an AI provider, or unlawful content.

Cookies

We do not rely on invasive advertising cookies for core functionality. Session-related mechanisms may be used where needed for admin or security features. Non-essential cookies, if added in the future, will be reflected in an updated policy.

Retention

We retain data only as long as needed to operate the service, comply with law, and enforce our terms. Exact retention periods may depend on backups and operational logs; we aim to minimize unnecessary storage.
